Sekisui House US, LLC | Richmond American Homes is seeking a driven Sales Associate in Richmond, VA to join a top-selling homebuilder network. You will participate in a structured Peak Sales Training program, gaining orientation, company-specific sales methods, and hands-on job shadowing to graduate into a Sales Associate role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real Estate License required in all states except CO, MD, NM, TX & VA
• Ability to work weekends.
• Previous high-end sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training and shadowing of experienced new home sales associates.
• Traveling between communities to support where needed.
• Developing relationships with customers.
• Networking and prospecting.
• Understand the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality customer service and lead buyers through the new home sales process.
• Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork prior to promotion.
• Obtain and analyze market data to remain competitive.
• Maintain standard sales office hours with flexibility for customer schedules.
