Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a proactive Sales Associate to join Richmond American Homes’ sales team. You will participate in the Peak Sales Training program designed to train across all skill levels and prepare you to manage client relationships in a fast-paced market.

Expect travel among communities, a pathway toward promotion, and a base training wage with commission potential. A Real Estate License is required in most states, with weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Real Estate License is required in all states except CO, MD, NM, TX & VA.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend training through the Richmond American Homes Peak Sales Training program.
• Travel between communities to support sales efforts.
• Develop relationships with customers and network with prospects.
• Understand the customer experience touchpoints to ensure quality service and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Complete accurate contract paperwork prior to promotion to Sales Associate.
• Obtain and analyze market data to keep communities competitive.
• Maintain standard sales office hours with flexibility for customer schedules.
• Complete company training programs and obtain manager approval for promotion.
