Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking Account Executives to drive growth in our national home healthcare sales team. You will identify referral sources, educate providers about our respiratory therapies and wound care, and own a rural territory from prospecting to close.

The role offers a base salary of $50k/year with uncapped commissions and travel across assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), plus 2+ years in B2B or healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
• Leadership experience in other areas or fields is a plus.
• Proven sales performer with 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new grads welcome.
• Independent and resourceful; able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex topics and building trust.
• Willingness to travel; in-person visits across territory.
• CRM experience; familiarity with sales platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Attend in-person Sales Academy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
