Responsibilities

• Determine customer vehicle needs, demonstrate vehicles, and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles, explain features, warranties, and paperwork to ensure loyalty.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Maintain prospect development and owner follow-up to encourage repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated on inventory, features, terminology, and automotive industry changes.
• Understand laws governing retail auto sales, including depreciation concepts.
• Coordinate with service/body shop to meet reconditioning timelines.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and manufacturer programs.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and performance.
• Adhere to safety policies and report accidents promptly.
