Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers' homes across Michigan. You will engage warm prospects, demonstrate technology, and close deals with hands-on demos and service assessments.

Earn uncapped commissions with a guaranteed salary range of $61,600 to $100,000, depending on geography and performance. Regular training and supportive coaching help you grow your sales career while working in the field.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive with a company vehicle for official use.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers’ homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery/resolution services.
