Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Kent, WA seeks a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth. You’ll report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and assist you in closing new business.

After a 13-week program, you’ll identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniform and facility-service solutions across multiple industries. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to hit your sales goals while enjoying competitive pay, robust benefits, and uncapped earning

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
