Curative is seeking an ENT physician for a Chicago-area opportunity spanning multiple outpatient offices and hospital sites. You will split time between clinic, in-office procedures, and hospital cases with a flexible ramp-up and scheduling structure.

The role supports three outpatient locations and collaboration with PAs, MAs, and surgical teams, offering partnership potential and a diverse case mix.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Fellows considered.
• Willingness to credential at multiple hospitals/surgery sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient ENT care across clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform in-office procedures and participate in hospital-based cases.
• Collaborate with three outpatient sites and surgical teams.
• Coordinate scheduling flexibility and ramp-up for new and experienced physicians.
