Job summary

AutoNation, one of the nation’s leading automotive retailers, is hiring an Experienced Sales Associate in Florida. You will sell new and used vehicles, aiming for gross profit and high customer satisfaction while meeting sales volume targets.

You will leverage a best-in-class CRM, access to nationwide inventory, and a network of lenders to secure financing for customers. A one-year automotive sales track record is preferred and the role rewards performance with commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
