Job summary

AutoNation in Florida is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales at or above company standards. You will engage customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process on-site at our Miami area store.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Build relationships with customers and follow up to close deals.
• Use CRM and tools to identify leads and manage your book of business.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure financing for customers.
