Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager for Hertrich Kia of Easton. The role offers a path to growth in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with a 10-bay shop and substantial earning potential.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years as a Service Advisor or 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager, with strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years Service Advisor / Writer experience (or 1+ year Assistant Service Manager experience).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with upselling services is a plus.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency with service systems.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule (including Saturdays).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls.
• Advise customers on repair needs, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Upsell recommended services to maximize customer value and ensure accurate repair orders.
• Support daily service operations and assist management as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up.
