Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of successful commission-based sales experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
• Sell and close a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Facilitate steps of the sale, including value proposition, photos/layout reviews, and design consultations as needed.
• Learn long-term and short-term customer goals and assist with planning processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and use selling tools effectively.
• Seek self-development and participate in training; welcome feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
