Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Representative who thrives on closing sales and delivering outstanding customer interactions. The role offers competitive pay, a lucrative commission/bonus plan, and strong advancement opportunities.

This full-time position in North Hollywood features an open day shift, up to 25% travel, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful commission sales experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
• Selling AND closing a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Facilitate steps of the sale, including value proposition, design discussions, and planning.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and make appropriate recommendations.
• Navigate and use various computer programs as selling tools.
• Seek opportunities for self-development, participate in training, and welcome feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
