Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Representative who enjoys the selling process and closing sales with strong customer interaction skills. The role offers competitive pay, training, and a lucrative commission/bonus plan with a potential to earn $150,000+ per year for top performers.

The position emphasizes exceptional service, in-person and phone-based communication, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close while leveraging our product knowledge and planning

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
• Sell and close a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Facilitate steps of the sale, including displaying value, reviewing photos and layout, and design consults.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and contribute to team goals.
• Navigate and use CRM and selling tools.
