Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission sales experience.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company in a courteous, professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to work in non-air-conditioned environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
• Sell and close a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Facilitate steps of the sale, including showing value proposition, photos, layouts, and design consultations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and recommend them to customers.
