Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN in a small-format hospital. The role supports high-acuity inpatient care, with day shift responsibilities and PRN employment.

New facility in Willow Park offers modern staffing with differentiating shifts and parking. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related roles, current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years full-time experience in Telemetry/ICU, or 2+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures; assist others as needed.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in patient care.
