Job summary

Allegheny General Hospital, part of Allegheny Health Network, is seeking an experienced nurse for the 6A Stepdown Unit in Pittsburgh. The unit handles ICU stepdown and complex medical cases, with responsibilities from admission through discharge and education for patients and families.

The role requires PA RN licensure (or multi-state via eNLC) and CPR certification, with full-time schedule, 72 hours biweekly, and rotating weekends/holidays per policy. Union involvement applies.
