AMG Specialty Hospital - Northwest Indiana is seeking a registered nurse for full-time roles in Crown Point, IN. The position emphasizes direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting, with opportunities for sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement.

Candidates should hold current RN licensure in Indiana, with ICU/LTAC or post-acute experience preferred, plus BLS and ACLS certifications. Basic computer skills are expected to support daily nursing duties across departments.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
• ICU, LTAC, Critical Care, or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
• Communicates with physicians and care team about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Performs general nursing duties in all departments with supervision as needed.

AMGSpecialty Hospital-Northwest Indiana isoffering up toa$10,000Sign-On Bonus* forFullTimeRegistered Nurses (RN) for all shifts with ICU, LTAC, or Post-Acuteexperience and 2 years minimum experience.

The RNP providesdirect and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers,as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including resultsof diagnostic studies and symptomatology.Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response totreatment. Additionally, is able toperform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

$10,000-Sign-OnBonus or TuitionReimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreementwith a 2-year minimum commitment.
