Qualifications

• Experience in DSP/CNA/HHA or similar high-support roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Give ADL support as required.
• Follow individualized behavioral, medical, health, and safety protocols.
• Support communication, routines, community participation, and independence.
• Use approved support strategies consistently and calmly.
• Report changes in health, behavior, functioning, or safety promptly.
• Respond to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
