Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Lakewood, NJ seeks an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity one-to-one assignment.

The role requires close supervision, personal care, and adherence to behavioral, medical, health, and safety protocols. Prior DSP, CNA, HHA, or related high-support care experience is required, with physical capability and completion of training before independent work.

Qualifications

• DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, high-support role experience required.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide close one-to-one supervision to a high-needs individual.
• Assist with personal care including showering, dressing, and feeding.
