Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one in-home and community support position in Bellmawr, NJ.

The role involves providing hands-on personal care, daily routines support, and safety supervision on a Mon-Fri schedule. Experience as DSP/HHA/CNA/PCA is required, with physical ability to meet job demands. Onboarding and targeted training are provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable providing the hands-on personal care specifically required by this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist a moderately independent individual who is hospital bed- and wheelchair- bound. Staff must be able to lift the individual.
• Support daily routines and encourage the individual to participate as independently as possible.
• Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support.
• Assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and meaningful activities as applicable.
• Follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within DSP scope and training.
• Observe for and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Complete required service documentation, timekeeping, and communication accurately and on time.
