Kindly Direct Care is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity one-to-one assignment in Lakewood, NJ. The DSP will provide close supervision, implement community-based activities, and follow detailed behavioral and safety protocols while supporting daily routines and independence.

The role requires reliability, good judgment, and the ability to drive the client in the community.

Formación

• DSP/CNA/HHA or similar high-support experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols correctly and reliably.
• Willingness to drive client to community activities and meet training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Plan and facilitate community-based activities.
• Follow behavioral, medical, health and safety protocols.
• Support routines, communication, and independence.
• Report health, behavior or safety changes promptly.
