AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana seeks a High-Acuity Clinical Supervisor (RN) for the FT night shift at our Crown Point facility. You will lead an advanced nursing team, oversee care cycles for high-acuity patients, and partner with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates are grads of an accredited nursing program, hold Indiana RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, and bring prior high-acuity ICU/step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities; leadership experience.
• Professional fluency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical nursing team delivering advanced care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care cycles for high-acuity patients transitioning from ICU.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to improve patient outcomes.
