Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is hiring a Garden Center Associate in Monroe, LA. You will assist customers, care for plants and merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized garden center. The role includes occasional cashiering and floor duties during the off-season.

Must enjoy outdoor work, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and possess strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn about plants. This hourly position complies with applicable overtime rules.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Garden Center Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must enjoy working outdoors and be comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat. Responsibilities include assisting customers, caring for and maintaining plants and garden merchandise, stocking products, and keeping the garden center clean and organized.
During the off-season, the associate will assist with cashiering and work on the sales floor as needed. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, have strong customer service skills, and possess basic plant knowledge or a willingness to learn.
