Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking a friendly Garden Center Associate in Monroe, Louisiana. This on-site, hourly role involves working outdoors, assisting customers, and caring for plants and garden merchandise.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Garden Center Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must enjoy working outdoors and be comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat. Responsibilities include assisting customers, caring for and maintaining plants and garden merchandise, stocking products, and keeping the garden center clean and organized.

During the off-season, the associate will assist with cashiering and work on the sales floor as needed. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, have strong customer service skills, and possess basic plant knowledge or a willingness to learn.
