Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 14-year-old male, in a home setting in New Stanton, PA. This part-time evening role offers consistent hours and a chance to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily life.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, communicate with the family and care team, and deliver pediatric-focused care. Training will be provided; CPR preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
