Job summary

Community Care, Inc. Home Health seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty care for a 9-year-old boy in Sidman, PA. The role is full-time, daytime, Monday through Friday, offering a supportive home setting and meaningful daily impact.

You will assist with ADLs, communicate with the family and care team, and deliver compassionate pediatric care in a private duty environment. Training is provided and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience.
• Experience with pediatric care preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Caring heart, independence and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities
