Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 4-year-old boy in Connellsville, PA. This is a full-time, day shift role, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.

You will assist with ADLs, communicate with the care team and family, and deliver pediatric private duty care in a home setting. Training is provided; CPR certification is preferred, and prior pediatric experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience (will train).
• Experience with pediatric care preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
