Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 14-year-old boy in Meyersdale, PA. This part-time afternoon shift offers meaningful, consistent support in a home setting.

You’ll help with Activities of Daily Living, coordinate with the care team, and deliver patient-centered pediatric care. Training is provided, CPR is preferred, and reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifikationen

• HHA certification or comparable caregiver experience; training provided.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• 1:1 private duty care in a home setting.

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
