Community Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for 1:1 private duty care in Sidman, PA. The role focuses on pediatric care for a 9-year-old boy, with a daytime schedule and full-time hours.

The ideal candidate has HHA certification or related caregiver experience and CPR certification is preferred. Training will be provided, and reliable transportation is required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
