Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 private duty care for a 4-year-old boy in Elizabeth, PA. This part‑time role offers day shifts, a one‑on‑one care setting, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections in a home environment.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, clear communication with the family and care team, and delivering high-quality pediatric care. Training is provided, and prior pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience – Will Train!
• Prior pediatric care experience preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart with independence and passion for pediatric care
