Summary

We are hiring CNAs (certified nursing assistants) or HHAs (certification required) in Southbury and surrounding areas to conduct home visits.

• 1:1 Patient Care
• Weekly Pay

• Paid training includes a 4-hour self-defense class

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when on business travel.
• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
• Assists with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired:

• Six months experience in personal care or home community-based services preferred.

License Requirements:

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CT CNA or HHA Certification.
