Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in a warm, home-like environment. This part-time and per diem role involves delivering daily care and supporting residents with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. Prior dementia experience is a plus, and a valid CNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience preferred.
• Experience with dementia care desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care and maintain a clean, safe environment.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part Time & Per Diem Positions Available

Schedules include rotating Weekends

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
