Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/CNA/HHA/PCA to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations in Somerville, MA. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility and fall prevention, providing companionship, and reporting changes to the care team. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation
