Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC in Fall River, MA is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift/mechanical patient lift is required.
• Negative TB test (PPD) for Medicare compliance is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
