Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

The organization serves multiple states and offers non-skilled and skilled home care services with a focus on compassionate client care. Certification in HHA/PCA and CPR/First Aid is preferred, with competitive pay and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass background check.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation; prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
