Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/CNA/HHA/PCA to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

You will perform activities of daily living, assist with mobility and fall prevention, provide companionship, and maintain accurate visit documentation while reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hoyer lift/mechanical patient lift
• Excellent communication with clients and care team
• Reliable transportation and scheduling flexibility

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation
