Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

You will work with families across Massachusetts, delivering compassionate care, assistance with ADLs, and light housekeeping while following care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift for client transfers.
• Negative TB test (PPD) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
