Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC in Needham, MA is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to support clients with mobility limitations. The role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to transfer and reposition clients safely.

The candidate will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and maintain accurate visit records while upholding high-quality client care. A HHA/PCA certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance
• Ability to pass background check
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation
