Care Finders, Inc. is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Neptune City and surrounding areas. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid orientation, and a rewards program support balance between work and personal life.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, welcoming home environment. A valid NJ CHHA license is required; English preferred; drivers are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license required.
• English preferred / bilingual abilities encouraged.
• Drivers preferred.
• Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty.

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
