Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes, delivering compassionate care in line with care plans. You will perform routine assessments, monitor vitals, and assist with daily living activities to enhance comfort and independence.

The role requires an active HHA/CNA/STNA certification and a minimum of one year of healthcare experience. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also required to reliably reach patients.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and report changes.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:
