Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, in-home care. You will provide direct patient support per the plan of care, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities, helping clients maintain dignity and comfort in their own homes.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA, STNA, or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required
