Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks compassionate Home Health Aides to provide direct patient care in clients' homes in Indiana, following the approved plan of care and documenting vitals and observations.

You will deliver one-on-one care, assist with daily living activities, and report changes promptly. The role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN/weekends), daily pay options, and no overtime, with HHA certification required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
