Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Carrollton, Kentucky, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes. Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
• Aid with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
