Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in clients' homes in Salem, Indiana. The role emphasizes dignity and comfort, with a Monday–Friday 7 am–3 pm schedule and CNA/HHA certification required.

You will perform vital signs, ADLs, and follow the plan of care, enjoying flexible full-time, part-time or PRN options, daily pay, and one-on-one patient care. Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), STNA or HHA certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document patient notes.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report changes in patient status.

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
