Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Navigator RN for the Hepatobiliary Clinic. You will guide oncology patients through complex care journeys, connect them with resources, and provide education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor of Nursing or Healthcare Management.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient support in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Expedites patient care flow, connecting patients and families with resources.
• Serves as an educational resource on oncology topics for patients and the community.
• Under minimal supervision, provides professional nursing care following standards.
