Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Navigator RN for the Hepatobiliary Clinic. You will guide oncology patients through complex care journeys, connect them with resources, and provide education to patients and families.

The role requires at least 3 years of RN experience, an active RN license, a BSN or healthcare management background, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Oncology Navigator certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Serves as an educational resource and promotes awareness for the facility and community on oncology related topics.
• Provides patient support in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Under minimal supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing or Healthcare Management
• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
