Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Navigator RN for the Hepatobiliary Clinic. You will act as a proactive patient representative, guiding individuals through complex oncology care, expediting access to services, and connecting families with appropriate resources.

You will educate patients, support the care team, and provide nursing care within established standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a proactive patient representative providing support and guidance as patients navigate through complex oncology care.
• Expedites patient care flow, eliminating barriers and improving the overall patient experience by connecting the patient and family with the appropriate resources.

• Under minimal supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices.
