Job summary

Sanofi seeks a US HEVA Neurology Asset/Indication Lead to develop and executeHealth Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies for the neurology portfolio in the US. The role sits in a hybrid model (Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ) with in-office requirements and travel.

You will partner with commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, and market access to deliver high-quality evidence to support payer value demonstration and access.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• US product launch experience with payer evidence requirements and value demonstration.
• Ability to partner with commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, and market access teams.
• Knowledge of HTA processes, guidelines, and evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead US payer-specific HEVA strategy for the neurology portfolio.
• Execute HEVA tactics to support commercial objectives and market access goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate HEOR insights into actions.
• Represent Sanofi at major scientific conferences and forums.
• Mentor junior HEVA team members and build cross-functional relationships.
• Manage HEVA research investments and vendor relationships within budget.
