- 12+ years in Pharma Industry with 7+ years in HEOR roles.
- 5+ years direct experience with patient-relevant outcomes research.
- Experience developing and executing patient-relevant outcomes strategies.
- PRO measures development and validation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead payer evidence strategies aligned with brand and Value & Access priorities.
- Collaborate with Value & Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams.
- Drive understanding of HTA requirements related to PRO endpoints.
- Lead JCA strategies and assess access implications across markets.
- Oversee external partnerships for PRO development and health state valuation.
