Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research – Pharma. You will lead HEOR strategy across assets, shape evidence plans for market access, and partner with global teams to ensure successful product launches in the US and worldwide.

The role requires deep HEOR expertise, leadership experience, and strong collaboration with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams to deliver robust payer evidence and value propositions for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 10 Years of Relevant Experience
• 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated HEOR strategies aligned with asset development plans and commercialization objectives.
• Lead HEOR contributions to launch readiness, including payer evidence planning and value communication.
• Represent HEOR on cross-functional asset teams and influence development plans and pricing strategy.
• Identify evidence gaps and translate payer and patient needs into prioritized research plans.
